This installer is operated to provision and support a subscriber-managed GCP archive target for Salesforce archive exports.
We process the Salesforce launch parameters required to return the browser to the subscriber org, including the Salesforce org ID, org domain, return URL, named credential API name, permission set API name, and installer configuration parameters.
When the subscriber admin signs in with Google, the installer receives Google OAuth tokens and basic Google account profile data needed to identify the authenticated principal and call Google APIs on that principal's behalf.
The installer uses this data only to validate the setup request, run preflight checks, provision the requested GCP resources, and return the resulting service endpoint back to Salesforce.
We do not use the installer flow to advertise to end users or to process unrelated personal data.
The current installer stores short-lived session state in memory for the active browser session. In production, this should be replaced with durable session storage and a documented retention policy.
Google OAuth credentials and subscriber infrastructure details should be retained only for as long as needed to complete installation, operate the service, and support auditability and troubleshooting.
The installer interacts with Google Cloud services, including Google OAuth, Cloud Run, and resource provisioning APIs, and returns control to the subscriber's Salesforce org.
